Job Description
• Service a dedicated book of business
• Responsible for invoicing and following delinquency processes
• Perform reconciliations and process renewals
• Setup new cases and generate monthly financial reporting
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of billing or financial experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
- Good listening skills and confidence to interact effectively with contacts
