Job Description

• Responsible for the end-to-end management and strategic advancement of the ServiceNow-based Application Store. • Catalog governance and user experience. • Partnering with the Platform team on technical enhancements. • Ensuring alignment with CSD 2.0, CMDB, and Software Asset Management best practices. • Ensures catalog items are accurate, automated, compliant, and deliver exceptional colleague experience. • User-facing App Store experience including interface design and catalog usability. • Catalog completeness and stakeholder engagement.

Job Requirements

7+ years of ServiceNow experience
5+ years experience managing a ServiceNow based, user-facing AppStore
Strong understanding of CSD 2.0, SCCM/JAMF automation
Familiarity with CMDB and SAM
Strong communication skills
Experience managing a large-scale software catalog
Knowledge of SAM Pro, HAM Pro, Discovery
Background in Digital Workplace, EUC, or Platform Engineering
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)
