Job Description
• Assist with tasks in relation to transfer pricing projects including research, financial analysis and other incidental support
• Support monitoring and compliance efforts by gathering, organizing, and analyzing economic and financial data
• Assist with the preparation of organizational charts, transaction diagrams, analytical models and other documentation using MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Support members of engagement teams to create and maintain client deliverables, workpapers, and other schedules
• Assist with the preparation of meeting materials and take notes for internal team discussions as needed
• Respond to inquiries and provide administrative and project support to the Transfer Pricing team
• Participate in Firmwide training sessions and process improvement initiatives as needed
• Collaborate with industry leaders and subject matter experts on special projects on an as needed basis
• Shadow team members to gain exposure to economic analysis, consulting workflows, and client engagements involving multinational groups
• Work effectively within a distributed, remote team environment and be willing to travel to a CBIZ office or client site as required
Job Requirements
- Working towards a Bachelor's degree
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, research and project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of the organization, both internally and externally
- Ability to multi-task, think independently and problem solve in a results driven team oriented environment
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Strong computer and technical skills including, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, intranet and tax software
- Pursuing a degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Completion of introductory or intermediate economics coursework
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Interest in economics, consulting, or professional services
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience working with data sets, models, or analytical projects is a plus
- Prior internship, academic research, or applied project experience preferred but not required
