Job Description

• Develop accurate and code-compliant shop drawings using Revit and AutoCAD • Coordinate and route piping systems efficiently and effectively • Communicate ideas and solutions for complex routing challenges • Collaborate on MEPF system design and documentation • Revise drawings based on feedback and field conditions • Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and codes • Adapt to client-specific workflows and methodologies through training

Job Requirements

Proficient level of English (written and spoken)
Excellent communication skills for coordination and problem-solving
Strong understanding of construction principles and practices
Background and experience in creating shop drawings for MEP systems
Proficiency in Revit software for MEP applications
Experience with AutoCAD for technical drawings
Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and sprinkler system design
Willingness to learn client-specific templates and systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Google Sheets)
Out-of-the-box thinker with a reliable, self-motivated, and confident approach;
Ability to work in alignment with U.S. Eastern Time (New York time) business hours
