• Define a compelling product vision and multi-horizon strategy aligned to customer needs, market trends, and Eptura’s business goals while balancing roadmap creation and on-time execution. • Anticipate competitive moves and industry shifts; translate insights into clear product bets and portfolio priorities. • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle across a portfolio—discovery, definition, delivery, launch, and iteration. Balance feasibility, time, cost, and value; make rigorous trade-offs that maximize outcomes. • Contribute to broader company strategy with the executive team; influence commercialization, policy and direction through crisp communication and data-backed proposals. • Champion both AI-driven and direct customer understanding through qualitative research, usage analytics, and market data. • Validate problems and solutions early; ensure product decisions are grounded in evidence and measurable results. • Define and track KPIs and OKRs across adoption, retention, NPS, ARR growth, and margin. • Be accountable for product portfolio performance and financial impact; run portfolio reviews. • Build a trusted partnership with Engineering, Design/UX, Marketing, Customer Experience, • Represent the product externally with key customers, partners, and analysts; negotiate critical matters and strategic partnerships as needed. • Mentor and develop a high-performing team of PMs and UX leaders; nurture a customer-obsessed, impact-focused culture. • Lead team to continue to transform the organization to be AI-native, set clear goals, coach decisively, and celebrate wins.
