Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product and/or capability management or closely related role
- Domain experience in clinical capability development
- Experience translating business and operational needs into capability requirements
- Experience documenting and managing product and capability-related artifacts
- Experience operating across complex problem spaces
- Experience leading capability definition and development across a full lifecycle
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%
- Experience in the healthcare industry
- Experience with healthcare technology
- Experience adapting quickly to changes in work direction
- Experience developing creative solutions to complex problems
- Experience using data and research to formulate strategic business recommendations
- Understanding of Department of Defense (DOD), Veterans Administration (VA) and Health and Human Services (HHS) markets
- Familiarity with UM-related platforms, workflows, or integrations
- Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with urgency
- Proven team player with solid ability to form working professional relationships
