Job Description
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting in the life sciences and/or clinical research industry
- 7+ years of experience advising and influencing senior leaders
- Advanced proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
- Proven experience leading complex recruitment campaigns and managing multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience with MS Office suite
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
