• Serve as primary interface to key customers for onboarding and check-ins • Establish client-specific processes and document requirements • Conduct and support CIRBI demonstrations • Proactively manage transition of new studies to assigned teams • Monitor client satisfaction and outcomes • Facilitate resolution of client dissatisfaction with Advarra • Create and present performance reports to clients • Work with internal teams to resolve client issues
