Job Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
- Experience leading abortion recovery services/studies
- Strong communication, marketing, customer service, and project-management skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple projects, learn new systems, and work independently
- Collaborative, detail-oriented, and able to engage diverse Christian audiences
- Willing to travel periodically, including to the Care Net National Conference
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent ministry/pregnancy center leadership experience
- Committed Christian aligned with Care Net’s mission, values, and pro-life position; able to offer prayer support
