Job Description

• Write content; ensure voice, quality of content, and communications are consistent with the organization’s message and voice • Plan and execute large-scale fundraisers/galas and provide support for additional events • Execute website requests, build pages, and manage edits • Ensure that brand guidelines are adhered to in all marketing materials • Utilize graphic design capabilities to maintain and create supporting documents with programs such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator • Create and track email campaigns; monitor performance metrics and support ongoing optimization • Juggle projects with competing deadlines from multiple departments • Coordinate the printing/production of collateral materials • Assist the Director of Marketing and support the marketing team with ongoing initiatives • Execute day-to-day marketing tasks and coordinate marketing projects and tasks as requested • Work collaboratively with all the departments to coordinate and execute tasks aligned with AGCI’s strategic plan

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university with a major in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field
  • Two or more years of related experience in the Marketing Field
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business correspondence, reports, and inquiries
  • Ability to write error-free business correspondence, reports, and presentation materials
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from supervisors, donors/sponsors, clients, vendors, organization partners, and the general public
  • Advanced basic computer skills including logging on to systems, word processing, spreadsheet, report writing, project management, presentation creation/editing, database, the use of the internet, and communication by e-mail
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and the ability to supply appropriate documentation/identification to travel authorities when traveling domestically and internationally
