Job Description

This role involves engaging with warm leads who have already expressed interest in our client's services. Follow up with potential customers to convert "Maybe" into "Yes" Act as a Brand Ambassador by explaining the value of service guarantees Manage the calendar using CRM (Go High Level) to schedule jobs Navigate objections with a positive attitude

Job Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service
  • Near native English skills with high fluency and mastery of US-centric business idioms
  • Extroverted personality with strong persuasive and empathetic communication skills
  • Availability during Central Standard Time business hours
  • Reliable computer, quiet workspace, and fast internet connection
  • Strong sense of reliability and punctuality
  • No cold calling; focus on warm leads
  • Ability to build rapport and close deals
