Job Description

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is primarily responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned areas of the company. This role focuses on attracting, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring high-quality candidates to support organizational growth and workforce planning initiatives. Maintain and ensure strict confidentiality of all applicant and employee information. Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned branches and departments. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and recruiting agencies when appropriate. Create, post, and manage job advertisements internally and externally as approved. Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn, industry networks, and other platforms. Screen resumes and conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit. Coordinate and guide the interview process with hiring managers to ensure timely and effective candidate selection. Provide hiring managers with candidate summaries and recommendations. Conduct reference checks and assist with background check coordination. Prepare and extend offer letters in collaboration with the HR Manager. Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, candidate pipeline, and sourcing effectiveness. Ensure a smooth transition from candidate acceptance to onboarding. Support employer branding initiatives and promote the company’s culture and values. Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant tracking system (ATS) records. Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting processes and best practices. Maintain a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience required (corporate or agency experience preferred).
  • Strong experience with sourcing tools and job boards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) required.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms (Paylocity preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
  • Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to move objects. Involves sitting most of the time, with walking and standing occasionally.
