Job Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in account management, sales, and customer success, or similar revenue-generating roles.
- Experience in SaaS or technology preferred, particularly if you’ve worked with a high volume of SMB accounts.
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong customer relationships and effectively convey product value.
- The ability to prioritize value over features, always focusing on how your solution will solve customer challenges and meet their needs.
- The ability to close deals and ask for commitment from customers with confidence.
- A growth mindset, with a focus on learning, embracing challenges, and continuously improving.
- A knack for creativity and innovation, bringing fresh ideas to the table and solving complex problems.
Benefits
- This is a salaried position at CompanyCam. Our starting salary range is $50,000 - $60,000 per year and is based on experience.
- Our average on target earnings (OTE) are around $80,000 - $90,000, with uncapped commission.
