Overseeing technical delivery from requirements to release, translating complex business needs into clear technical solutions. Investigating and resolving complex performance issues, multi-module bugs, and technical escalations. Conducting code reviews, mentoring engineers, and promoting best practices for maintainable, scalable software. Collaborating with QA on test strategies and CI/CD pipeline improvements, while sharing knowledge across the team. Providing technical insights during roadmap planning and highlighting areas of technical debt or improvement opportunities.
