Job Description

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with contractors, builders, and distribution partners across the assigned territory • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and distributors to promote and sell RLS products and services • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing product expertise, support, and solutions to meet their needs • Conduct regular follow-ups and relationship-building activities with existing partners • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to support strategic sales planning • Prepare and maintain reports related to sales activity, territory performance, and market conditions • Manage sales documentation including quotes, orders, and contracts • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity within CRM systems • Partner with internal teams to support product delivery, installation coordination, and customer satisfaction • Participate in ongoing training to strengthen sales skills, product knowledge, and industry awareness

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience or demonstrated interest in building a career in sales
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a related field is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to travel up to 50 percent within the assigned territory
