• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to implement and operationalize Merge software and integrated solutions. • Apply knowledge of Merge solutions, site workflows, and business requirements to optimize solution effectiveness. • Define, document, and validate solution requirements. • Design, develop, deploy, and support custom HL7 interfaces. • Design, develop, and deploy custom reports and application integrations. • Perform and support custom data imports and exports, including development of supporting tools. • Assist internal teams in resolving field and client issues. • Serve as a subject matter expert in sales calls and discussions with prospective clients. • Support Go-Live activities and transition solutions to the Support organization. • Deliver services in alignment with established implementation methodologies. • Maintain accurate records in CRM and regulatory systems. • Escalate product issues through the defect tracking system. • Engage in continuous learning to expand expertise in Merge products and related technologies. • Identify and communicate opportunities to improve client solutions and internal processes. • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
