Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
- 4-6 years of experience as an analyst supporting financial and/or Payroll/HR systems
- Proven knowledge of computer systems, applications, development, and testing methodologies
- Strong business knowledge with ability to conceptualize and convert processes into computer applications
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively with all levels of the organization
- Ability to work under stress and respond quickly to changing priorities
- Logical and analytical thinking with strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
- Knowledge of project management processes and execution
- Ability to model business processes and support design of new computer systems
- Strong knowledge of clinical systems used in the division
- Fluent in English with consistent attendance
- PMP Certification
- Travel availability as required
