Job Description

This role is designed for a hands-on, data-driven marketer who thrives in shaping the customer journey from first touch through long-term retention and expansion. You will create and execute lifecycle programs, craft compelling content, and run experiments that optimize user engagement and growth. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will translate customer insights into actionable initiatives that drive activation, adoption, and expansion. Build and manage lifecycle marketing programs across email and in-app channels, including onboarding, activation, product updates, newsletters, and advocacy campaigns. Develop expansion and upsell nurture flows informed by customer goals, product usage, and adoption patterns. Collaborate with Customer Experience, Sales, Product, and Demand Generation teams to align messaging, content, and experiments with customer needs and growth objectives. Design and execute cross-funnel experiments that improve conversion, activation, and retention metrics. Create and repurpose content including landing pages, email campaigns, newsletters, blog posts, and case studies that drive engagement and support acquisition and retention goals. Measure program performance and analyze user behavior to continuously optimize campaigns and provide insights to stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in growth, lifecycle, or full-funnel B2B marketing roles.
  • Proven ability to design, implement, and optimize lifecycle and growth marketing programs that improve activation, retention, and expansion.
  • Experience collaborating with demand generation teams without directly owning acquisition channels.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, capable of translating complex ideas into clear, engaging messages.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Analytical, data-driven, and experimentation-focused mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
