Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in collections, servicing, or vendor management, including experience with third-party BPOs or first-party operations in financial services, consumer lending, or auto finance.
- Proven track record managing vendor performance against KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards.
- Experience conducting vendor onsite visits, operational audits, or compliance reviews.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret operational metrics and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear expectations and feedback to vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with competing priorities.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally for vendor visits as required.
- Experience supporting the launch or expansion of collections operations, including onboarding vendors or establishing governance and early-stage performance stabilization.
- Previous international travel experience for vendor or BPO operational support and assessments.
