Lead end-to-end integration efforts for newly acquired businesses, partnering with executives and functional teams to ensure smooth transitions. Scale and manage the Integration Management Office (IMO), delivering consistent, best-in-class integration practices. Coordinate across Operations, Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Compliance, and Sales to align execution and maintain business continuity. Anticipate risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely communication with internal and external stakeholders. Support development, implementation, and continuous refinement of integration playbooks, tools, and templates. Track and report on financial and operational synergies, identifying additional value creation opportunities. Capture lessons learned and best practices to enhance future integration processes.
