As a Solution Consultant in Professional Services, you will be responsible for driving metrics including utilization, revenue, project management, and client satisfaction. Key functions in this role include: Accurate and timely administrative tasks and billing reports for work delivered to clients Focus on At Risk and Strategic Client Health Check initiatives Delivery of customer experience at or above client & shareholder expectations Assist with special projects, operating mechanisms, initiatives for the consulting organization Provide recommendations to clients based on Health Check results and deliveries on resulting projects as applicable Build strong relationships with clients while ensuring retention Develop strong relationships with cross functional partners Develop processes and procedures that drive efficiency in implementation
