Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field required.
- Minimum of 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise IT, business transformation, or shared services, including senior responsibility for technology / digital strategy and portfolio management.
- Proven track record leading enterprise portfolio prioritization, value realization, and financial management, with direct accountability for large, complex investment portfolios.
- Strong experience partnering with executive leadership teams and business leaders to drive enterprise change and measurable business outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience building or transforming Global Business Services (GBS), shared services, or large-scale, partner-led operating models, including standing up governance, service delivery, and performance management.
- Demonstrated experience in technology architectures, cloud platforms, and modern digital and data-enabled capabilities either IT and business/transformation perspective.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, business case development, benefits realization, and cost optimization.
- Proficient PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation software.
- Must be a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skills.
- Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines.
- Analytic and Reporting skills.
- Utilize sound judgement and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environment.
- Master’s degree (preferred).

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone.
- Competencies
