Job Description

This role is central to delivering that ambition by driving enterprise transformation enabled by technology and aligning Breakthru’s business strategy with enterprise technology investments to deliver measurable business outcomes. Aligns enterprise technology with Breakthru’s business strategy to enable enterprise transformation, delivering critical capabilities and measurable business value. In partnership with the CIO, shape and govern the enterprise IT strategy and multi-year roadmap, establishing decision rights, prioritization mechanisms, and governance forums to drive disciplined execution and change management. Lead the BRM organization to serve as strategic partners to the business, driving portfolio management, prioritization, value articulation, and ongoing alignment between business outcomes and technology delivery. Oversee IT financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and chargeback/showback processes, ensuring transparency, cost discipline, and optimization of technology spend. Responsible for IT vendor management processes. Lead the establishment of GBS, defining the operating model, governance, service scope, and partner ecosystem required to deliver early value and enable future scale. Spearhead the GBS Transformation and Program Office. Establish standardized processes, service management disciplines, controls, and outcome-based metrics to ensure stable operations, efficiency, and scalability of GBS services. Implement the necessary service management tools to enable consistent service delivery and governance across BBG. Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise IT, business transformation, or shared services, including senior responsibility for technology / digital strategy and portfolio management.
  • Proven track record leading enterprise portfolio prioritization, value realization, and financial management, with direct accountability for large, complex investment portfolios.
  • Strong experience partnering with executive leadership teams and business leaders to drive enterprise change and measurable business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience building or transforming Global Business Services (GBS), shared services, or large-scale, partner-led operating models, including standing up governance, service delivery, and performance management.
  • Demonstrated experience in technology architectures, cloud platforms, and modern digital and data-enabled capabilities either IT and business/transformation perspective.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, business case development, benefits realization, and cost optimization.
  • Proficient PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation software.
  • Must be a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines.
  • Analytic and Reporting skills.
  • Utilize sound judgement and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environment.
  • Master’s degree (preferred).
  • Physical Requirements
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone.
