As an IT Product Owner – Sales & Legal at Vision IT, you will play a key role in establishing the technical vision and providing breakthrough technical approaches in solving technical challenges. Own the roadmap for Vision IT’s Sales and Legal systems Conduct interviews with stakeholders to define "As Is" and "To Be" process, business and functional requirements Solve complex interaction problems with simplistic approaches, illustrating solutions with user flows, wireframes, and visual mockups Develop options and trade-offs around design with associated costs and level of effort estimates Participate with application development team in defining and implementing functionality enhancements, user experience, and usability Collect data on process improvement and performance; develop and implement quantitative, data-driven models for enterprise business Drive the analysis of business and customer requirements to transform them into well-designed initiatives and enhancements Collaborate with software developers and technical teams to ensure successful execution of user requirements Develop artifacts to confirm understanding of business requirements and document technical approaches for review and approval Document detailed system requirements, process design flows, Traceability matrix, and other documents used in SDLC Author functional requirements documents for relevant systems needed to satisfy business goals Transform high-level business requirements into actionable specifications for IT developers Understand work plans/schedules, due dates, activities related to documentation and training, UAT Testing, and cost analysis efforts Vet recommendations to determine viable options and provide business case to management Participate in defining business intelligence requirements for projects and data requests Act as a subject matter expert in the Sales and Legal IT Team Create internal technical documentation Lead UAT sessions with key business users
