Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Experience in project management, retail marketing operations, brand management, and sales
- Experience in the retail or grocery industry preferred
- Experience with natural food and/or wellness industry is a plus
- Market research, coordination, trend analysis, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially across multiple platforms and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Managing project budget among agencies, vendors, and creative team collaboration
- Works with Agency and HL teams to align company-wide goals and set up timelines for emails, signage, social media, etc.
- Ensures integrity of proofing process with key stakeholders for timely edits and perfect outgoing signage and media.
- Manage freelance and creative partners. Filters all design requests and ensures deadlines are met.
- Assists in the creation of branded advertising campaigns through supporting the marketing and design teams in coordinating and collating content.
- Traffic all advertising efforts to appropriate channels.
- Manages print contractors and all other promotional vendors.
- Assists in coordination of email marketing campaigns, including creating e-newsletters, reward emails, and holiday campaigns.
- Coordinates information from CM’s, Marketing and Merchandising for use in weekly huddle document use by Ops Merchandising Lead.
- Conducts market research to identify marketing opportunities and negotiate media coverage.
