We're seeking a Senior Systems Infrastructure Engineer to onboard and/or design, support, and optimize hybrid environments across Azure, AWS, and on-premises infrastructure in a fast-paced MSP environment. This is a hands-on senior role for someone strong in both traditional infrastructure and modern cloud platforms. No Citrix required. Design, support, and optimize hybrid cloud environments (on-premises + Azure/AWS) Manage cloud infrastructure including compute, networking, storage, IAM, and backups Support on-premises infrastructure: Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP VMware and/or Hyper-V virtualization platforms Networking (firewalls, switches, routers, VPNs) Storage (SAN/NAS) and backup/disaster recovery solutions Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP VMware and/or Hyper-V virtualization platforms Networking (firewalls, switches, routers, VPNs) Storage (SAN/NAS) and backup/disaster recovery solutions Implement automation and scripting solutions (PowerShell, Python, etc.) Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex infrastructure issues Act as a senior escalation point and mentor junior engineers Maintain clear documentation and follow ITIL-aligned processes
