Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Renewals, Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales, with direct ownership of revenue
- Proven track record of high-ACV renewals, multi-year deals, and uplift strategy
- Experience working closely with Legal and Finance on contract structuring and concessions
- Salesforce and Gainsight experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong commercial judgment and confidence in high-stakes negotiations
- Ability to influence without authority across Sales, CS, Legal, and Leadership
- Strategic thinking with the ability to translate risk into clear decisions
- Proven experience managing enterprise or upper-SMB renewal motions
- High accountability for forecast accuracy and revenue outcomes
- Comfortable engaging with senior customer stakeholders and internal leadership
- Data-driven mindset with strong CRM and forecasting discipline
