Job Description

As the Senior Technical Program Manager, you are the glue that ensures that launches are on schedule and risks are identified and mitigated. With your technical expertise, you will identify synergies across programs. You will work with several functions from sales to Product, Engineering to account management, and several others to bring structure to the software delivery process. You will seek opportunities to code, though you are not expected to code full time. An ideal candidate will work back from the customer and structure the deliverables by the customer value they provide. Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, customers, operations, and engineers to gather and communicate requirements and prioritize them based on business value, feasibility, and technical constraints. Develop and maintain technical progress against roadmaps and ensure alignment of technical implementation with the product and technology strategy. Work with the engineering management to ensure that the software development mechanisms are continuously improving and adhering to the product development life cycle and structured Agile development practices.
