The role requires a balance of technical understanding, product leadership, and strong communication skills to influence both internal teams and external stakeholders. You will guide the evolution of data services, ensuring integrity, accessibility, and monetization where applicable. This position provides the autonomy to shape data capabilities while actively engaging with customers and industry thought leaders. Define and own the product vision and roadmap for Data Services, including APIs, reporting, and business intelligence. Establish and formalize a unified data strategy across the product portfolio. Engage directly with customers and stakeholders to understand analytics, reporting, and integration needs. Partner with Product Owners and engineering teams to translate strategy into detailed backlog items, epics, and user stories. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as Part 11, HIPAA, GDPR, and global data privacy standards. Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Security, Architecture, Customer Success, and Sales to deliver scalable, high-value data capabilities. Define monetization strategies for premium analytics and API-based offerings.
