Job Requirements
- 7+ years of HR Business Partner experience, including at least 3+ years supporting Engineering or Product organizations.
- Proven track record advising executive leadership and leading strategic, high-impact initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting people metrics, dashboards, and trends to inform HR strategies.
- Ability to build trust and coach technical leaders, providing guidance while encouraging independent problem-solving.
- Experience with root cause analysis and risk/benefit evaluations to drive informed HR decisions.
- Preferred: experience in high-growth startups and mature organizations, proficiency with Google Suite (advanced Sheets), and familiarity with RAPID/RACI frameworks.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
