Job Requirements
- 7–12+ years of experience building, deploying, and supporting HL7v2 interfaces at scale in hospital or health system environments.
- Advanced Rhapsody architecture and operations experience, including modular design, maintainability, performance, and supportability best practices.
- Proven expertise with FHIR R4 APIs, SMART on FHIR workflows, and scalable database extraction, validation, and reconciliation strategies.
- Strong executive communication skills and ability to influence senior health system leaders while aligning technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript or Python for message transformation and workflow automation.
- SQL fluency for data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting across complex datasets.
- Ability to define and execute plans with clear timelines, critical paths, risks, mitigations, and success metrics.
- Autonomy, adaptability, and process improvement skills in dynamic, fast-moving environments.
- Preferred: familiarity with clinical workflows, semantic interoperability standards, Mirth Connect, Cloverleaf, HL7/FHIR certifications, or prior startup experience.
