- Deep expertise in clinical trial management and execution within university or healthcare settings.
- Advanced knowledge of federal regulations governing clinical research and associated compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver complex, enterprise-scale engagements.
- Strong executive presence with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and articulate persuasive points of view to senior leaders.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%.
