Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related technical field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting capital projects
- Strong understanding of project controls, including budgeting and scheduling
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with construction documentation and procurement processes
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Professional certifications such as CAPM, OSHA 30, or LEED Green Associate are beneficial
