The Office of Civil Legal Aid (OCLA) is an independent judicial branch state agency, created with the understanding that the provision of legal aid services to indigent persons is an important component of the state’s responsibility to provide for the proper and effective administration of justice. The mission of the Office of Civil Legal Aid is to secure, invest and oversee the use of public funding for civil legal aid to low-income people in Washington State and to ensure accountability for public funds dedicated to the purpose. Since 2005, OCLA has administered and overseen general civil legal aid in Washington. The agency supports numerous other programs including legal aid to victims of crime and domestic violence, children in foster care, kinship caregivers, indigent tenants facing eviction, and individuals reentering society following completion of their terms of incarceration.

Job Requirements
- Demonstrated experience with system administration troubleshooting skills and problem solving with an ability to formulate solutions using existing workflows and to manage assigned work priorities.
- Technical and operational knowledge and experience providing technical consulting and performing installation of IT hardware and software using existing procedures.
- Experience as a team member supporting M365, Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Systems Center Configuration Manager and Active Directory Group Policy Manager, iOS and standard Adobe products.
- Ability to manage multiple service requests and projects simultaneously; organize, track, and meet deadlines; communicate status clearly; and adapt to changing operational priorities in a fast-paced support environment.
- Skills to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, peers, and management.
- Actively demonstrates a commitment to learning and growth.
- Takes action to meet the needs of others.
- Ability to maneuver and transport various materials and/or equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to use powered and non-powered tools and operate mechanical lifts.
- Ability to travel to various sites throughout the state.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Extensive experience in cybersecurity technologies including vulnerability management, intrusion detection and prevention, application and network security, incident response, anti-virus/malware management, or security assessments obtained through formal education and/or significant professional experience.
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity requirements such as WaTech Security Standards, Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards, CIS Critical Security Controls, and NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
