Conduct scheduled Zoom consultations with clients nationwide Guide individuals and families through personalized benefit options Clearly explain coverage details and answer client questions Assist clients through the enrollment process with professionalism and care Maintain accurate and organized digital records Deliver consistent follow-up and strong customer service Participate in weekly training and mentorship sessions Build lasting client relationships that support long-term success

Job Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
  • Confident in virtual meetings and familiar with basic digital tools
  • Motivated by purpose-driven work and helping others
  • Customer service or client-facing experience preferred (not required)
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Reliable internet connection and Windows-based laptop with webcam
