Location: Arlington, VA (Hybrid and 100% Remote Options Available) Immediate openings at our Arlington, VA office for hybrid schedule (some days in person and some remote) and 100% remote therapists licensed in Virginia. Specializations Available: Trauma Therapy (Including EMDR) Couples Counseling Perinatal Mental Health Working with LGBTQIA2SP+ Clients We are a fast-growing, specialized therapy group located in Washington, DC, now opening another office in Arlington, VA, seeking full-time Resident in Counseling and LGSWs who want to specialize in one of the following areas: trauma therapy, couples counseling, perinatal mental health, or working with LGBTQIA2SP+ clients. We offer comprehensive training and supervision to help you develop expertise in your chosen field while receiving mentorship and support from a team of seasoned therapists. Enjoy 24/7 access to a work lounge to complete your paperwork. Mentorship and Supervision: Receive individual and group supervision for licensure in Virginia, DC and Maryland. Opportunities to participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development training. Responsibilities: Build positive, trusting relationships with clients. Provide therapy with a minimum caseload of 24 client sessions per week. Create individualized treatment plans based on clients' needs and goals, and track their progress. Maintain timely and accurate documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans. Participate in regular individual supervision to discuss cases and receive support. Engage in bi-monthly team meetings and collaborate with colleagues. If applicable, coordinate with clients’ psychiatrists/physicians for integrated care. Who We’re Looking For: Early career professionals and recent graduates: Residents in Counseling or LGSWs with 1-2 years of experience and recent graduates. If you are graduating soon or recently completed your Master’s in Counseling or Social Work, we encourage you to apply! Licensure: Residents in Counseling or LGSWs in Virginia (We also welcome fresh grads who are preparing to apply for their license). Specialization Interest: Passion for specializing in trauma therapy, couples counseling, perinatal mental health, or working with LGBTQIA2SP+ clients. Commitment to Growth: Self-motivated, compassionate, and eager to learn and grow as a therapist. Cultural Competency: Must have a commitment to providing culturally competent care and working with diverse clients. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using EMRs and other technology tools to support your practice. Team Player: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting. Preference for: Bilingual candidates Candidates residing in the DMV area (DC, Maryland, Virginia) Applicants who demonstrate experience in mindfulness practices or have a personal mindfulness/ Yoga practice. Compensation & Benefits: Competitive Pay: Starting at $65-80K+ for full-time therapists (based on a caseload of 24 sessions/week) based on therapists experience. Compensation for part-time positions varies. Comprehensive Benefits: Paid leave, training benefits, and telecommunications allowance for full-time therapists.
