Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field (Risk Management, Compliance, Information Security, Operations, etc.)
- 5-7 years related work experience, including experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, or federal continuity
- Demonstrated experience leading BIAs, developing continuity plans, and conducting TT&E exercises
- Experience supporting internal and external audits, including from federal agencies
- Strong ability to interface with technical teams and translate federal continuity requirements into actionable controls
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Proven experience in managing multiple, high-exposure priorities
- Presentation skills and explanation of business issues and needs to colleagues, technicians, users, and all levels of management
- Proven experience in providing technical direction, staying current with and understanding trends and directions of the industry
- Possess or obtain within two (2) years of starting position:
- ABCP -- Associate Business Continuity Professional (DRI International)
- Equivalent foundational business continuity credentials from a recognized body (e.g., BCI), including those listed as preferred
