Job Description

• Develop integrated project/program plans • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver milestones • Monitor performance against plan • Partner with PMO leadership and business leaders • Conduct post-launch reviews and lessons learned • Accountable for driving the delivery of projects • Coordinate with enabling teams to meet compliance, validation, and operational readiness requirements • Leverage and govern common toolchains for planning, tracking, and reporting • Identify resource needs and collaborate with functional leaders

Job Requirements

Minimum of 8 years of project/program management experience in life sciences or adjacent domains
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in life sciences, computer science, engineering, business, or related field
Proficiency with project and portfolio management practices and tools
Strong leadership, communication, and facilitation skills
Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering/IT, Clinical, Regulatory/Quality, Operations, and Commercial teams
PMP and/or Agile/Scrum/SAFe certifications preferred
