Primarily responsible for Activation & Onboarding analytics Help optimize the customer journey through Retention (e.g., upsell, fintech, retention) Meet regularly with Activation & Onboarding stakeholders to understand their data needs Translate technical metrics and analyses into actionable recommendations Develop and maintain core Post-Sales data models and pipelines using SQL and dbt Build, automate, and maintain dashboards and reports in our BI tool (Sigma) Track key Post-Sales KPIs, providing insights to the Activation & Onboarding and leadership teams Own and maintain weekly business review (WBR) source files and underlying data pipelines
