• The Senior Sourcer is responsible for driving all aspects of the candidate sourcing and generation process for exempt and non-exempt candidates for ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions’ clients. • This involves creating and implementing complex sourcing strategies, utilizing multiple methods and tools for all levels of positions. • The Senior Sourcer will support between 2-3 recruiters in specific functional areas and may have interaction with ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions’ clients. • Identify and implement sourcing strategies based upon the job position by creatively conducting research and/or utilizing a multitude of resources • Develop an ongoing and diverse pipeline of prospective candidates using research, networking, database mining, complex internet searches, etc. for as required for ManpowerGroup clients • Use a variety of technical tools to identify and attract a high qualified pool of candidates • Manage referral sources as well as other identified sourcing channels • Document research methods so they may be shared with other recruiting team members • Train other recruitment team on new internet sites, blogs, RSS, networking groups and/or sites. • Work with Recruiters to identify gaps in sourcing plan and develop go forward strategy to identify pipeline of candidates for hard to fill positions • Identify, screen and submit qualified candidates to Recruiting Team based on the provided job description • Assist with job requisition / description development • Acquire a thorough understanding of job requisition / description for required competencies, skills, knowledge required of successful applicants • Maintain knowledge of how many resumes need to be generated for open positions • ATS (applicant tracking system) maintenance • Enter and maintain candidate information into applicant tracking system on a daily basis • Generate recruitment metric reports both manually and using applicant tracking system • Create, file and maintain filing system for resumes, applications and miscellaneous paperwork • Resume conversion and application maintenance
