Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
- 5-7+ years of progressive payroll experience, including leadership/management experience.
- Hands-on experience with ADP payroll systems (Workforce Now / Lyric required).
- Experience supporting system integrations, M&A activity, or multi-entity payroll environments.
- Experience managing remote or distributed teams.
- Multi-state payroll experience required; UK/Europe payroll exposure a plus.
- Strong knowledge of global payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
- Advanced proficiency in payroll systems and reporting tools.
- Strong Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail, discretion, and integrity.
- Work Environment
- Remote or hybrid work environment.
- Preference for East Coast candidates to support collaboration with U.S. and European teams.
- Occasional extended hours during payroll cycles, integrations, or year-end processing.
- Preferred Certifications
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred.
