The Finance Analytics Manager leads the development and execution of a finance operations analytics function within Essentia Health’s finance operations. The manager builds scalable analytics capabilities and advances data-driven decision-making to enable improved operational performance through dashboards, automation, predictive analytics, and strong data governance. The Finance Analytics Manager partners closely with finance leadership, information systems, and operational stakeholders to design and deliver trusted actionable insights, standardize KPIs, optimize technology platforms, and establish a long-term strategy and roadmap that advances the maturity of finance analytics.
