We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join Crocs, Inc., on our Americas legal team to support a broad range of corporate, commercial, and operational legal matters. This role will partner with cross-functional teams to provide practical, business-focused legal advice, ensure compliance with applicable laws, and support the company’s strategic objectives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, NDAs, services agreements, licensing arrangements, procurement contracts, partnership agreements, and other transactional documents. Provide legal guidance to internal stakeholders across departments, including Procurement, Finance, Marketing, Compliance, Sustainability, Operations, and Product teams. Advise on general compliance matters, including analysis of associated legal and business risks. Monitor legislative and regulatory developments globally and assist with legal research across diverse subject areas impacting the business. Contribute to process improvements within the Legal team and help build scalable legal programs. Interface with external counsel on litigation and strategic matters. Collaborate with and support the broader legal team across the globe.
