This role involves supporting couples in creating memorable, well-organized getaway experiences. Communicate with clients to understand preferences, timelines, and priorities Assist with researching destinations, accommodations, and options Organize schedules, confirmations, and planning details Provide timely updates and answer client questions Ensure accuracy, organization, and clear communication throughout the process

Job Requirements

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Customer service, planning, hospitality, or support experience (preferred, not required)
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Detail-oriented, professional, and reliable
  • Must be a citizen of the US, UK, Mexico, Australia, Spain and LATAM
