Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and paralegal certification
- 7+ years in a corporate paralegal role at a public company or major law firm
- Experience of supporting SEC reporting, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, proxy statements, and Section 16 filings
- Proven support of Board of Directors and committee governance processes
- Demonstrated responsibility for corporate records, minute books, and subsidiary management
- Background in a high-growth technology company
- Proficiency with Workiva (Wdesk), Boardvantage, EDGAR, and Google Workspace
- Administration of insider trading compliance programs and Rule 10b5-1 plans
- Participation in debt or equity offerings and M&A transactions
- Familiarity with SOX-related disclosure controls and public company compliance frameworks
- Track record of improving governance workflows or implementing legal technology solutions
- A self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive working under limited direction and an attitude that no job is too challenging or too small.
