• Manage the international supply chain financing process for CVS vendors • Ensure accuracy of import purchase order data • Oversee ocean‑freight invoice processing • Support analysis for the import P&L • Contribute to Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) compliance • Collaborate with suppliers, service providers, Accounts Payable, Category Management, and Inventory Management • Serve as primary financial contact for external banking partners, Treasury, and suppliers • Administer approximately $200M in annual product spend within the import vendor‑finance program • Validate purchase order and product master data and coordinate corrections as needed • Maintain amendment logs and administer the late‑shipment penalty program • Oversee processing and payment of inbound ocean‑freight invoices • Provide analytical support for forecasting, budgeting, and FCPA compliance
