• Play an important role in M&A transactions, including due diligence support, managing closing checklists, generating redlines and signature pages, and other general support • Manage the global subsidiaries of CSG • Draft, review, and file organizational and entity compliance documents, including coordination of incorporation and dissolution procedures • Facilitate the appointment and education of directors of various subsidiary entities and manage passport and power of attorney requests • Support SEC reporting requirements, including the annual proxy statement, quarterly filings, and other routine filings, including Forms 3 and 4 for Section 16 officers • Support required internal reporting related to litigation and material nonstandard contract terms • Provide general support within the legal, tax, treasury, and accounting teams to promote efficient workflows
