Job Description

This high-impact role offers the chance to develop new business, build relationships with manufacturers, integrators, and distributors, and position cutting-edge cobot technology with customers across the U.S. Develop and execute sales strategies to expand U.S. market share. Build and manage a pipeline of automation opportunities. Identify, pursue, and close new accounts (manufacturers, integrators, distributors). Collaborate with technical teams to deliver solutions and presentations. Report progress and market feedback to senior leadership.

Job Requirements

  • Successful track record in robotics, automation, or capital equipment sales.
  • Experience with cobot competitors (Universal Robots, Techman, Fanuc, Doosan) or automation integrators/distributors preferred.
  • Hunter mindset with a history of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong executive-level communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote role.

  • Uncapped commissions with OTE of $150K – $250K+.
