Job Description

We’re hiring a Growth Marketing & Enrollment Coordinator to own our inquiry → trial → enrollment pipeline, including paid social campaigns, CRM automation (GoHighLevel), and follow-up communications. This role blends growth execution with operational discipline—so marketing reflects real capacity, real parent pain points, and a premium customer experience. Job Requirements

  • 2+ years in growth marketing, marketing ops, enrollment/sales ops, or CRM-driven marketing
  • Hands-on paid social experience (Meta preferred)
  • Strong written/spoken English and high attention to detail
  • Highly organized and reliable (can manage a pipeline + deadlines + SOPs)
  • Comfortable working in a high-standards environment with feedback and approvals on key campaigns/messages
  • Nice-to Haves
