Job Description

This role involves driving foodservice sales growth across the Western U.S. as a Regional Sales Manager. You will be responsible for: Identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts Developing and executing a regional sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue goals Building and growing relationships with key accounts, distributors, channel partners, and brokers Collaborating with distributor and broker partners to optimize sales performance Providing market insights and recommendations related to product positioning, pricing, and promotional strategy Maintaining accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to support regional and national planning

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of food industry sales experience, ideally in foodservice
  • Strong experience managing distributor and broker relationships
  • Proven record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Analytical mindset: able to assess data, develop insights, and translate them into actionable strategies
  • Excellent communicator with strong customer service skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 3–5 years of foodservice sales experience and/or private brand experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent phone, presentation, and customer relationship skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and sales software
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
