Job Description

The People & Culture Generalist is an entry-level HR role supporting day-to-day people operations across multiple community-based healthcare organizations. Support day-to-day HR operations for We Care Daily Clinics, Indigenous Pact, Guardiant Health, Hope & Healing Clinic, and Camas Health Recovery Center. Provide administrative HR support, coordination, and employee assistance. Develop hands-on experience in compliance, onboarding, employee relations, and HR systems. Role Allocation: 50% – We Care Daily Clinics 25% – Indigenous Pact/Guardiant Health 25% – Hope & Healing Clinic & Camas Health Recovery Center Key Responsibilities People Operations & HR Support: Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and leaders. Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files. Support timekeeping, payroll coordination, and HRIS data entry. Help maintain required workplace postings and distribute policy updates. Support incident documentation and administrative follow-up. Job Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in an HR, People Operations, administrative, or support role.
  • Interest in human resources, healthcare, or community-based work.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable learning new systems and processes.
  • Preferred
  • Exposure to healthcare, behavioral health, or social services environments.
  • Basic familiarity with HR concepts such as onboarding, leave administration, or employee relations.
  • Experience using HRIS or payroll systems (training provided). Rippling preferred.
